Rafflesia Arnoldi 

     Indonesia is one of archipelago in asia that has a various flower , one of them is Rafflesia Arnoldi . Rafflesia Arnoldi  is rare flower and we can find in rainforest , rafflesia arnoldi is one of three national flower in indonesia . The other two being Jasmine and Moon Orchid .

     Rafflesia Arnoldi produce no leaves , stem or roots and does not have chlorophyll. It can only be seen when it is ready to produce.  The only part of rafflesia Arnoldithat is identiflabel are big 5 crown and the cabbage like head that develop, eventually open to reveal the flower 

    Rafflesia Arnoldi was found in borneo rainforest by an indonesia guide working for Dr, Joseph Arnold in 1818. and named after sir Thomas Stamford Raffles the leader of expedition 

   This flower blooming only once of dekade. more over the zise grows to diameter of around one meter and weight up to 11 kilogram and also when is flower blooming it well spreading stinky smell , this smell will attrack the insect especially flies to pollinate. we can find this flower in botanical garden.
